Shipping & Delivery

We offer a range of shipping methods to suit your needs, including Standard, Express, and Priority shipping options. All orders are dispatched through trusted couriers to ensure your perfumes arrive safely and promptly.

Yes, we proudly ship to most countries around the world. International shipping times and rates vary based on your location. All applicable customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping times depend on your location and the method selected:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days (Standard), 1–3 business days (Express)

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days
    Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.

Yes, in select locations, we offer expedited and same-day delivery options at checkout. Availability depends on your shipping address and the time the order is placed. Orders must be placed before 12 PM (local time) for same-day dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track the status directly through the courier's website or from your account dashboard on our website.

If your order has not been processed yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

We take pride in our premium packaging. Each perfume is securely placed in a custom-designed protective box to prevent any movement or damage during transit. For gift orders, we also offer elegant gift wrapping and custom messages.

Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our boxes are made from recyclable materials, and we’re constantly working to reduce excess packaging while still ensuring your items arrive safely.

We’re sorry to hear that! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.

If your tracking information shows no movement for several days or says “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, please reach out to us. We’ll coordinate with the courier and either reship your order or provide a resolution.

Yes! At checkout, you can select our gift packaging option, which includes a luxury box, ribbon, and an optional personalized note. It’s perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or holiday gifting.

No, we do not include printed invoices or prices in the packaging, making it ideal for direct-to-recipient gifting. Your receipt will be emailed to you upon purchase.

Yes. We also take payment on delivery so for customers available for COD. 

If you choose Orange Money or MTN Money, you’ll receive payment instructions during checkout or via email after your order is placed. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched.

Yes, we accept payments via Western Union and MoneyGram. After placing your order, you’ll receive detailed instructions, including recipient information and order reference. Please notify us once the transfer is complete so we can verify and ship your order.

Once your payment is confirmed:

  • If your request is made early in the day, your package will be shipped same day.

  • Orders made later in the day or during weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next available business day, depending on the shipping option you select.

Important: Shipping only begins after full payment is received and confirmed.

Order & Returns

Simply browse our collection, add your favorite scents to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

No account is required, but creating one gives you access to order history, faster checkout, and special member-only offers.

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or visiting our Order Tracking page.

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns Center or contact our support team to begin the return process.

We’re truly sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and description. We’ll send a replacement or arrange a return/refund right away.
